Gourmet Food Gift Baskets: Not Just Made of Cheese And Sausage

Once upon a time, it was customary to give out so-called ‘gourmet food’ gift baskets. Have you ever gotten one of those cheese logs? How about a cheese wheel, specifically the ones wrapped in red wax? Or how about even the processed sausages?Or my all-time favorite, the pre-processed sausages. These types of gift baskets used to be a lot more common during the holidays, but some people did give them out for other special occasions.
