Junk food has the ability to make a person feel very full and it also has the ability to make a person feel very satisfied by means of delivering the greatest taste. However, because of its bad qualities people love it and also hate it.
Candies, chips, burgers and chocolates contain complex carbohydrates and all of these foods are categorized as junk food. Complex carbohydrates are mainly compounds made of hydrogen and carbon and are like other carbohydrates, but the difference is that they don’t easily shift to a form that could get dissolved into blood quickly, as opposed to regular carbohydrates. This causes them to get collected in different parts of the body as fat.
People who eat junk food regularly cannot eat food like vegetables or meat and eggs. This is because their taste buds are used to the glamorous taste of junk food and since they are not eating any real vitamins, proteins and minerals, their body is asking for more and more food hoping to get some vitamins soon. But tat doesn’t happen because these people are just eating more junk food and thus getting fatter.
Because of the lack of proper nutrients and excess fat, the body becomes unable to melt the fat and convert it to energy because most of it is saturated fat. This results in the person getting extremely lazy.
Doctors always say that exercise is necessary for a healthy life and so is good food. Well Junk Food Doesn’t Exactly come in the category of good food but there are a few ingredients that are ok to have. So we should all try to resist our urges to have junk food and minimize its consumption to a maximum of twice each week. That way we could stay healthy while having fun.
